Spending my New Year’s at a hotel was a luxurious experience. The buffet breakfast had an excellent spread, and the staff was super friendly and accommodating, making my stay even better. The best aspect of the hotel was its central location, which made it easy to access the nearby BTS station and other key locations. Lastly, I enjoyed the top-notch facilities that provided exceptional comfort and entertainment.

Getting lifts can be a bit of a hassle during peak hours because of the high volume of guests present. the hotel can get quite crowded, which can make accessing certain areas frustrating.

The breakfast was top notch and offered delicious Thai and Western options. The pool had a breathtaking view and was kept very clean. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, and the hotel was located conveniently close to transportation options.

The room wasn't as functional as I had hoped. The bathroom felt a bit cramped, and some of the amenities weren't as practical as they could be.

The room at Rosewood Bangkok was like a cozy oasis, with a comfy seating area, a TV for chilling, and a hot tub in the private bathroom. It felt like a dreamy hideaway by the beach, perfect for a beach lover like me.

Public transportation is conveniently accessible with the sky train station close by. The attentive staff provides excellent service, fulfilling any request guests may have. Guests will enjoy the spacious, modern rooms with beautiful bathrooms. Breakfast is served with a variety of a la carte options and excellent service. The hotel also offers an array of facilities, including a beautiful swimming pool and well-equipped fitness center.

One minor downside is the need for guests to carry their own luggage upon arrival and departure, as no assistance was provided.

This luxurious hotel exceeded my expectations with its exclusive amenities. The spacious and modern designed room fulfilled my needs entirely. The attentive staffs were well-groomed and provided exceptional service. The direct connection to the BTS station with a bridge and its proximity to Central Embassy mall and other major tourist sites is a great location advantage.

Although I had an overall pleasant experience, I did encounter one minor issue. There was no assistance for carrying luggage or for wheelchair accessibility between the MRT and Rosewood's entrance at 3/F, which may be a small inconvenience for some guests.

The service at Rosewood was exceptional. The housekeeping staff remembered our requests and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The bathtub in our room was a highlight, with a higher water drain that made for a luxurious and relaxing experience. We were even granted a slightly later checkout time of 2pm, which was greatly appreciated.
